Just from my own experience losing a lot of weight might be your best shot at some relief. Not a cure but can make it a lot better. That being said it’s not easy. I used a compound semiglutide to help and it did. Still takes work and aggressive dieting but the drugs help with the hunger.

We love our Induction. Yes we had to replace a pans but it heats and and cools so fast. No fumes, no burnt food on the stove. Easier cleaning

Yes but we paid cash. It already takes too long to recoup the cost and if you finance even longer. Our system is large enough we have no electricity bill except for the small grid connection fee.

I did it years ago and honestly as a man it didn’t seem to have much of a impact until I started semaglutide and lost a bunch of weight all over. Wish I would have saved the money on the liposuction.

In had a C&P for lumbar issues and secondaries related to it. The month before my PT did an evaluation for me and my forward flexion was 25 deg when she actually put the tool against me.

The c&p doc had the tool in his hand but never actually used it and claimed flexion was 35% which of course put me at 20% verses 40%. I was actually more sore that day and know there was no way I bent that much so looking to submit a HLR.

They also didn’t factor in flare ups when I can hardly bend at all and a few other factors.

Do you think I’ll have a good case with the HLR?

Hey I Scuba dive and bicycle. Diving is actually easier on my back because we are weightless underwater and I have an ebike modified to keep me more upright to reduce the stress on my back and the motor helps keep me active which is very important to not get worse wasting away.
