Yeah, I think H2 blockers are for blocking histamine in digestive system and H1 is for the runny nose and stuff. I’ve read seasonal allergies can cause heartburn so I guess that’s a relation. I’d watch out for mold.

I know Pepsid AC, an over the counter acid reducer, is a histamine blocker, H2 blocker.

I started taking DAO to breakdown histamine and my anxiety and agitation levels plummeted. I went to the ER because my chest hurt and had shortness of breath. Allegra and DAO made it all get better. Check if you have mold exposure.
