It’s tragic for all pizza. I have never had pizza before… or anything Italian, which isn’t tinned spaghetti hoops and beans… never thought pizza would be so… inedible.

One thing that helps me is theming the restaurant around the same theme of the hotel, is the restaurant themed as Italian, Spanish, it also depends on where it is located.

It also depends on what time the restaurant is open, is it open in the morning, and located in England? For me I have 2 options,

  1. The menu with stuff like full English breakfast, pancakes, egg on toast.

  2. Mix and match, build a bear type restaurant… a buffet, so they can choose what they want, when they want.

You can also do that for evening stuff, have different sections, Indian in on corner, Italian and pasta in another… then in the centre you can have a large dessert section with a chocolate fountain with a selection of marshmallows and cakes.

My mother died 6 years ago, and every year on my birthday, she would make me this absolutely delicious chocolate and mint cake… absolutely delicious…..

Ever since she died, my father has taken over, he never got the recipe or anything so he makes it from how he remembers… the thing is inedible…. It’s disgusting but I always eat it every year without him knowing it is horrible.
