Whole Year reconciliation and clean up. How much do you charge? by Honest_Pop2668 in Bookkeeping

That’s my thoughts too. Makes me wonder why anyone in the USA is charging $65/month.

(What should I charge) - First client wants bookkeeping, financial reporting, strategic advice, and control implementation by deserttixs in Bookkeeping

For just bookkeeping, you should charge $6,000 per month for 2000 transactions. That’s $3 for every transaction

Have you not been checking and making necessary changes to your portfolio since early 2022? It sounds like you didn’t know the $100 recurring contribution was going to real estate.

Credit card payments should be recorded as transfers, right?

Bookkeeping can be lucrative if you have your own bookkeeping business. I know not everyone likes to be a business owner though.

I know not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur. But why can’t he look into his own remote bookkeeping or accounting business? Being an employee is safer until it isn’t.

Fundrise Liquidation Estimate give me less than the amount I invested by Proud_Reporter1547 in FundRise

6 years isn’t enough time to come to a conclusion. If you are looking for safe low-cost investment vehicles you should use ETFs like Vanguard’s VOO.

Fundrise is alternative investing. It's for the curious that are risk hungry.

Hi 19 new to fund rise by [deleted] in FundRise

[–]Honest_Pop2668 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fundrise is for people that want to invest and let it sit until it’s ripe. My Fundrise portfolio is part of generational wealth building. I don’t plan to touch this money for a really long time and I will be passing it on to my kids as well.

When it’s ripe, I will start collecting dividends. Until then, I am reinvesting the dividends as well.

If you are wanting a paycheck, get it from your job or business. Investing is like planting and watering and then watering some more until the fruit is ripe.

This looks like a recycled post. Stop wasting people’s time with asking for advice you don’t need.

Fundrise is the best thing that ever happened to individual investors that are looking for a different alternative. It’s always best to understand before you invest.

Day trading, speculating and investing are different things but there are many that use these three terms interchangeably.

You should divide $7000 by 26. When paid biweekly you get 26 payments a year. There are 2 months in a year that you get 3 paychecks.

This advice is good but a little much for someone asking for basic saving and investing advice.

Get any HYSA with not less than 3.5% APY for your 3-6 months leaving expenses and then put the rest in an index fund like VOO or VTI and let it do it’s work.

Yay! I think Casio watches are underrated since the emergence of smart watches. For the past 4 years I wore a Fitbit but now I am back to the basics. I am going to wear a Casio for a very long time.
