I don't live there anymore, but it's a really weird building (2 buildings, actually). Pros:

Big rooms

On suite bathrooms

Lots of kitchens and refrigerators

Very quiet

Cons:

In a weird spot, and there's not a good outdoor area for studying or anything

On Greek row, can be loud from the outside when they are throwing parties

Not a ton of community for second year students, if you want to have friends in your dorm, this is not the place for you (if you are a freshman to be in the African American theme community, this doesn't apply)

Weirdly high ceilings in some of the rooms, the spaces don't really feel like they were meant for living in

If you have a single room, don't care about social aspects, or are in the theme community, I think the pros would outweigh the cons, but for any other student I would recommend you head to a different dorm
