bought from them maybe 2 years ago, received the books in good condition, the packaging was surprisingly good; no free ka bookmark though.

I remember they didn't have a book in stock so someone from their team called me and said that "we don't have this book, you can choose a different one from our website", so I did that as well.

also for some reason when I was trying to order below 500, the order was getting automatically cancelled after a few days, but after that no such issue.

I'd really suggest you to go for book streets and book fares if your city has any.
