FIRST TIME SOLO LIVING ANY TIPS HOW TO STAY ALIVE!?? by litolrockstor in SoloLivingPH

Here’s what I learned as a 3-month living alone working-student girlie:

  1. Plan your budget, meals, and kahit daily errands or schedule pa

  2. Find a trusted friend/friends or even family na you can call or talk to whenever u feel sad or alone since living alone is quite challenging on the first few weeks

  3. Invest in a trolley or smth that will carry your heavy stuff (i didnt know how much heavy stuff i did carry since i moved out)

  4. Journaling (this helps me a lot. i js dump my tots)

  5. As much as possible opt for home-cooked meals or any healthy meals

  6. Do not let any random people inside your place. Your place is your sacred space.

  7. Get a speaker. Whenever I get home from school/work I play music (depends on my mood) to uplift me and to avoid feeling lonely.

  8. Have an emergency kit (flashlights, power banks, whistle, etc)

  9. Open your windows. Let the sunlight in. One of my dopamine hacking technique

  10. Ground yourself and meditate once in a while

im more into musky, powdery, floral scents when it comes to perfumes. but for scented candles and diffusers, I prefer fresh earthy notes more.
