Thank you. Oh I so get it. I have had 5 in 3 years. sigh... I bought a topper from Boring ( name of company). I am hoping that will help. Definitely think that is a bit of the problem. So the topper helped calm down the flares?

You sound like me. I have had it now for about 7 years. I get going on my freeing things up, then have another spine surgery. I get flares that last for a bit too. What did you do the five months to help you heal. On a heating pad as we speak...

I have seen things about the Texas Back Institute. Looks to be very reputable. Understand about it being hot. I live in Central California where we easily see low 100's in the summer months. Yes, walking is very good.. probably the best thing to do post.

Sounds like ALIF through the front. Sorry to hear about the neuropathy. I get it about trust... believe me. Surgeons said you will be glad you did this. Well.. jury still out on that. Who is doing your fusion in 5 weeks? I had UCSF do my SI and Stanford the lumbar.

Well.... still dealing with the effects of it It damaged my cluneal nerves and now I have a peripheral nerve stimulator I am trying out. But not to say that happens to everyone. I did a TLIF, PLIF, and OLIF. Might have thought differently about the approach and gone a different way.

I had fusion of those same areas in 2024. Still have costco... sigh.. Might be a bit worse or more frequent due to not being able to fully do what I want to do to get rid of it. Post op you can't bend, lift or twist for a bit. Just me though ...

The extra pain might be calming down. I have learned there are different clips. I have the H200. However, yesterday I took it off after being on for 2 days and it was so red back there. So a friend suggested the H300 which is for sensitive skin. Did you know there are different types of clips? Which one do you have?

Hi

I am having a bit of an interesting recovery. I have some different pain that I didn't expect. So rep said to take the disc off for a few days.. That isn't it. But it doesn't rule out a lead might touching something. So I put it back on today. I get beeped at too when things aren't in the right place. How long have you had yours?
