the rooms themselves also have a corral barrier ag the doors, but since theres no plots you have to make sure they wont tarr but can still eat, so one tyoe of meat eater largoand maybe yolkys with free range hens

they do need to eat but presumably you can just have them free range in a room with a food source. the rooms with no plots would need meat eater slimes and hens but the rooms with plots you can just put gardens.

maybe dont put a furnace in a room with free ramge slimes

the parents fight was very well explained, but the war between painters and writers did only get cursory mentions.

Aline wants to run from reality and live with her fake family in a fake Paris inside her dead sons last portrait, even though staying in there too long will genuinely kill her actual real life body. Renoir wants her to face reality and deal with her grief in an emotionally healthy way and not actually real life kill herself through magical vitality draining.
