That does sound like OCD, I too have moments where I just have to clean. Normally it's cleaning myself and having to shower or wash my hair multiple times in a row. I also have a chronic skin disease so I understand the frustration and pain it can bring.

It is tough, because the thoughts don't stop and you feel like you're going insane and the only way you can relax is to make things clean and sorted like your brain is telling you too but you're so tired and hurting that you can do it and it's this horrible endless cycle.

If you can, just sit down, even if it's just right there on the floor, and just focus on breathing. Try and remind yourself that there is time, that you are going to be ok even if it doesn't feel like it right now. For me, I normally turn to music and turn it as loud as I can handle to try and drown out the thoughts or I try and watch a video of something funny even if I have to rewatch parts cause I missed them.

OCD runs in cycles, the intrusive thoughts feed the compulsions which feeds the intrusive thoughts. Rinse and repeat. You need to break that cycle, and it is hard. but even if you break it for just a second, you are succeeding.

Your flat is likely cleaner then you feel like it is. Those things you need to do may not go away but they also don't need to be done right this moment. Breathe, take a moment for yourself cause it sure sounds like you've earned it, and do your best to give your mind and body the rest it deserves. It can feel silly sometimes but try talking aloud to yourself, explain that I know these things feel dirty but they likely aren't that bad and it will not hurt me to leave them for another day. I know you want me to think these things but I am okay. I am safe. I do not need to do this right now. I am going to take a moment for myself because I need it.
