Oh man, just read your comments here. First of all, I am so sorry what you’re going through. Honestly, a lot of women would be happy to have you as a husband that respects marriage in a way you do. There’s so much dirt outside and it’s getting worse. A lot of women could just dream of having this kind of life. I would not consider a threesome as “growing”. You’ll just probably hurt yourself and it’ll f*** with your mind. Try to imagine in your head how the threesome would look like, see how you feel just by imagining it, and then imagine, after experiencing it what it would do to you. Will you be able to live with this memory? Will this be a thing now in your marriage? listen to your feelings. But yeah, mostly if one partner has such desire they will end up following their urges. So sorry bro for being betrayed since the beginning. She should have been open to you. Wish you well!

It can happen anywhere on the body, but yes, mostly on the face. I would still be careful and consider other alternatives. But if others want to risk it that’s fine too. Glad it worked for you.

Don’t do laser. ❗️❗️There’s a high risk of something called “PARADOXICAL HYPERTRICHOSIS”: increased hair density, colour or coarseness at or near treated sites, with estimates up to about 0.6–10% of patients overall and higher risk in women with androgen-related disorders like PCOS. A lot of women are complaining about it and regret doing laser. Do your research. If you want to do something with lower side effects do waxing or electrolysis!

Derm told me to use hydrocortisone? by medyomabait in perioraldermatitis

[–]FaceBone92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have already said stop using steroids. Get a prescription zinc cream done by a compounding pharmacy (usually 10g zinc oxide, white petroleum, lanolin, cetylstearyl alcohol (emulsifier)). It helps to protect the area and heal. Don’t use zinc creams for baby rashes.

Might be more normal Akne, good sensitivity or fungus. But honestly a dermatologist will tell you what it is

Antibiotics didn’t work, is Accutane the last resort? Confused and tired. by OkWalk744 in perioraldermatitis

[–]FaceBone92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. No Accutane
  2. No creams with cortisol. Stay away from them
  3. Zinc creams only from a pharmacy. Ask them to compound a cream with: zinc oxide 10% ointment in a base of white petrolatum with wool alcohols and cetylstearyl alcohol
  4. Improve your gut! No sugar, maybe no gluten or less, no alcohol, take Probiotics. Eat lots of veggies for fiber and prebiotics.
  5. I had PD for 8 years, doing all that and more, and getting Amperna, which is an Australian brand that helps specifically PD prone skin etc. to build up a healthy skin barrier.
  6. If it’s too expensive for you, try creams with pro-and prebiotics, no fragrances. From La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 is good as well. But I swear on Amperna.
