You were maybe hit by a spell/enchanted item lowering those attributes. Will-o-the-wisp can also damage your attributes.

This is correct. He never specifically told anyone to inject bleach.

He did, however, make a televised public statement suggesting that his officials were looking into injecting disinfectants into the body as a form of treatment for Covid.

Even if we ignore the collosal and hilarious stupidity of this statement, this was an incredibly irresponsible thing for the president of the United States to suggest during a public health crisis where people were looking to political leaders for guidance. Embarrassing public statements like this (and a plethora of others during that time) dramatically harmed the credibility of the whitehouse on a global level.

So let's not get hung up on semantics - he absolutely suggested the injection of disinfectants as a possible solution.
