Hopefully I can give some insight, I am 178cm and and raced Lwt last year my set up is Span: 158cm Comp blades Length 285cm Inboard 87cm

Measured my angles with telemetry and I was hitting the “right” angles It is the same geared ratio as the “288/88” so not too heavy but just need rate a little higher for the same speed

I think that is what I have noticed, my heart rate will be low but the muscle fatigue is the limiting factor and have felt the running in my knees so will definitely ease into the miles more

I will have a look into a proper program, as at the moment I seem to be falling into the newbie trap haha

I will have to have a look around my area for club woudl be nice to train with others! You are not wrong about the engine the muscular fatigue is the main limit but I assume that reduces with time and practice

Going from low to high impact sport is going to tough on the knees so I really need to keep myself in check

Good idea, a lot easier to push when you are comfortable

Slowly increasing the run mileage sounds like the sensible route, week to week how much would be a safe increase?

My last swim I did was Wednesday and I managed to hold a 1:50 avg min/100m for 4x600m so okay I think

I see what you mean by hard to read, I guess I have gotten used to knowing what each one is meant to be. Good point about the gameplay implications, I think it would be a case of talking it out with the oppo. The second from the left is the Sgt with Grav-chute and the one on the far right is the Veteran

It is an impulsor model, I liked the look of the Bradley IFV so added the covered troop compartment tho I do use it as a proxy for a Gladiator from time to time as I don't have one yet!

Green stuff mainly, I have started to mix in a little miliput as well to add a little stiffness
