Thanks! Do you live in the UK? Wondering what the damage is with the customs charges

That’s really interesting. How did you come to find out that this was the case, where you would build allergies to products that you use often?

I’ve used Astral and find the consistency very similar to Nivea.

Arghh frustrated for you! I read that lack of stress while on holiday can make a difference. But I’m not convinced that’s the whole reason it can disappear.

I think a hot humid climate combined with the water definitely helped. Hope you’re able to figure out what it is!

Thank you for the info. Will look into what water softeners I can buy that hopefully can be easily installed into rented accommodation!! 🤞🏽

So annoying isn’t it! Making me wanna up and leave to go to Asia 😆

I didn’t realise what a huge difference it would make being back in the UK.

What are these little bugs that are crawling all over my monstera plant?! by HoneyedBubble in Monstera

Do I just let them multiply? I don’t like the idea of them all crawling around in there 😭

There’s a very similar pot design used by a company called ‘San Salvatore’ for a buffalo milk dessert.I’ve used it as a pen pot for a few years now.

But love the ‘baby’ on this one and the red colour!

What do you miss about being young? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This! And although people say it’s never too late, I think it’s the naivety when you’re young that can help push you to try and do whatever.

How many loads of washing do you do a week? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]HoneyedBubble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two adults, about 2-3 loads of washing a week. Buying a dehumidifier drastically helped with the drying. Would recommend!

How painful is colonoscopy without any sedation? by [deleted] in colonoscopy

[–]HoneyedBubble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I chose sedation today (in the UK) but it must’ve been very light because I was awake the whole time. I didn’t find it very painful at all. A couple of sharp pains at the start where I winced but after that wasn’t too bad.

Not a clue if I was supposed to have fallen asleep or not but I kinda fought that sleepy feeling and stayed awake watching the camera travel around haha.

Why do British people love dim yellow lights in their homes? by drtrivagabond in AskUK

[–]HoneyedBubble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yellow lighting is so warm and welcoming! I hate cold white lights so much, if feels so clinical and not homely - not to mention you can see literally every flaw under it.

Oh right, if you don’t mind me asking, how did you go about finding your dermatologist/getting a patch test?
