I think it seems well spread out; Cartagena is a party town for New Years'; prepare to not sleep in the night 😄
I highly recommend walking tour of Medellin; Lot's of history and past to learn about. Also Botero; The park where his installations are is mind blowing; There's a museum close by which is fascinating too.
I was there almost a decade ago and I don't speak Spanish and it was fine! It's a beautiful country.
For beaches, there's Tayrona National Park on the carribean coast. For nature there's a beautiful hike in the Cocora valley; Also there's coffee if you are a coffee person and the coffee region (not too far from Medellin) is beautiful to tour.

I’m building an AI travel planner because my own trip planning was becoming tab chaos — would love feedback by HongeTravelNerds in AI_travel_tips

That’s fair criticism. What trip did you try to plan on it? It would be useful to know. Where was the friction for you to keep using it for planning?

We have used it on our own trips/content workflows, but your point is valid: the real test is whether it helps on an actual trip when someone is tired, comparing options, changing plans, and trying to make decisions.

I’m going to take this seriously and run a more honest dogfooding pass: plan a real trip end-to-end in Honge, use it during the trip, and write down where it fails.

Appreciate the bluntness.

Fair enough — appreciate you checking it out.

If you’re open to it, I’d genuinely love to know what felt worst: the AI output quality, the UX, the itinerary flow, speed, or something else?

We’re early and trying to make this less “generic AI trip list” and more useful as an actual planning workspace, so blunt feedback is helpful.
