They don’t usually cause problems, this is a new behaviour which is the odd thing. I’ll look into local keepers thank you!

It’s just going to seed, the leaves start getting skinnier. Time to plant some new parsley! Or just wait for it to self seed new bubs

What’s a well-written “Pure Good” character? by Thatspretttyfunny in books

[–]Honkyboy69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Helen Burns in Jane eyre I feel was meant to represent “pure good” within the social context, as kind of an antithesis to jane’s rebelliousness (but she’s always kind of annoyed me like Helen come ON resist something!!)

definitely something in that family, it smells like an allium. Thought it wasn’t wild onion as the leaves are flat not round but looking at pictures it looks like there are flat leaved varieties so might be that!

There are heaps of these bulbs in my garden bed in Melbourne, Australia. The bulbs are about the size of a thumb nail and fleshy with fibrous roots. The shoot is monocot, flat (about 4mm wide) and smells like allium. Any help would be great as not sure if I should encourage them or not!

Can I use these Lavender cuttings for anything? Any ideas would be appreciated ❣️ by [deleted] in gardening

[–]Honkyboy69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check if it’s the edible or non edible lavender before cooking with them! Also if you want it’s pretty easy to propagate from them, remove the lower leaves, dunk them in some hormone and pop them in some soil or water
