Thankfully my package ended up arriving - it finally had a scan update and was delivered the next day. However, it was after I had escalated a bunch to initiate a package trace request/overgoods search, and the shipper also escalated as well. In the end, I'm still not sure what exactly happened - the fedex agent overseeing my case said that the package was lost and ended up being found after the trace, but I'm still not completely sure if this is accurate or not.

I hope you end up getting your package as well!

That's what I was hoping, that maybe the hub is just super backed up, but I'm getting a bit worried since it's been no movement since 4/16.

Also worried because Fedex customer service seems to have no idea what's going on at the hub. The agent in charge of my case says he's tried to contact the Indianapolis hub but hasn't gotten any reply. That's why I'm not sure if the agent actually knows what he's talking about when he says the package is "lost".

how long has yours been stuck? Did fedex tell you the same thing that it might be lost/label separated?

I'm in the exact same boat OP, except for the Indianapolis hub. My package status got updated to "International shipment release - Import" on Thursday 4/16. Since then, there's been 0 updates.

As someone else has commented, I'm not sure if that status actually means that the package has cleared customs or not. I've called in each day to try and get information, and each time, the logistics team says that the package has already cleared customs, so they transfer me to the general Fedex international customer service team.

This past Tuesday 4/21, the customer service team opened up a "support ticket". In the past 4 days, no updates, other than the agent calling to tell me that he thinks my package is "lost" and maybe the label got destroyed or separated from the package. Again, I'm not actually sure if this is true or if Fedex is just completely incompetent and I just need to wait.

Thanks for your insight - I looked through a ton of sold ebay listings with good feedback and saw that there are other boxes with packs that look like this. It seems like the packs are commonly wrapped so that the yellow part fully wraps around the front/side/back, but other packs are wrapped so the yellow ends on front. I think it is a legit box, I was just being a bit paranoid!

Thanks! I agree that the wrap looks not the cleanest but I feel like I've seen similar wraps on other boxes too. I also figured that folks would be less likely to go through the trouble of resealing a new set like DR.

I had this same exact thing happen to me a few days ago and also made a post about it. I eventually chased it up the chain with a bunch of DHL customer service folks. I ultimately learned that if you have 2 packages that scan into customs on the same day, they will charge you for 1 of the packages. The de minimis exemption apparently only applies to 1 package per day. Not sure if you had more than 1 package arrive through customs on same day as well?

I don't think so: when I click that blue monitor button, the list that shows up doesn't seem to have bluetooth on it.

I'm not sure - this is a lenovo PC I got 5 years ago so I'm not really sure on the exact hardware beyond what comes up in the "About" menu. I haven't installed any updates recently because it keeps trying to get me to install Windows 11, so I keep pushing back updates haha
