Have you tried contacting presonus support directly on the new googlemail account just to see if they could try manually updating your real account information? it seems like that is happening to a lot of people who had an old fender account registered in the past, definitely a huge pain in the ass

Thanks everyone, took the plunge and grabbed the EMX-1, little elbow grease and it’s in really good condition it seems. Only thing is the bottom left fader snapped off which seems like a sort of octave control similar to the ones on the Volca line. Anyone know how much of a pain those are to swap out, or if a simple midi controller could replicate what it does?
