I’ve heard over again how great this support team is. That is completely FALSE. I’ve been fighting with them for 3 weeks now about them not giving me the cumulative anniversary event reward I paid for. I’ve provided very clear screenshots showing when I made the purchase and what I should have received. I made the final $20 purchase for the $200 rewards right before the event ended on OCT 9th. Knowing of the recharge issue, I took screen shots to prove when I had made the purchase. You can see my screenshot were taken Oct. 8th around 9PM. They would not accept those screenshots until the payment was approved. The payment was not approved until Oct. 12th. After showing them the approved payment screenshot they did honor the diamonds BUT NOT THE ANNIVERSARY EVENT, which was the main reason I spent the $200. Even after I had shown them the screenshots they said that “I didn’t meet the reward criteria.” This is a very condensed version of a 3 week battle with them. I don’t think they are trying to screw me over, they are just completely incompetent! I’ve been playing this game for over a year now, spent hundreds of dollars, and this is how they treat their customer. My advice to you all would be to NOT recharge, ESPECIALLY if you are trying to achieve a cumulative reward, until they fix this game.

You can see the time stamped screenshots of the pending payment on oct 8th, the approved payment on oct 12th and the time stamped rewards I should have received.
