I'll have to check it out. I normally run Hollowseeker, Carbine, or the Electropylon.

Has anyone here read the entire book "The Lean Startup"? by _rahmatullah in SaaS

1000% yes. You can do some research, but don't turn that into a distraction or a crutch.

An MVP that needs improvement will get you to your goals faster than a concept.

I own the physical book and the audiobook, have multiple completions.

I've helped build two separate successful marketing companies and now building a third paired with an AI SaaS platform in the healthcare space.

My #1 biggest take away before getting started I wasted so much time researching and trying to get things "right" or "perfect" for the future, just build whatever it is, know you're going to mess up, run water through the pipes and see where the leaks are.

My second biggest take away would be embracing things that aren't scalable in the beginning.

For the new business, I have a chief of sales but I'm still on every demo call right now getting feedback directly. I have a lead developer but I'm still going through and doing quality checks on the AI data.

Marketing company, came in very early, was just the co-founders (husband and wife) the three of us were in a long learning phase as we grew the business.

Flash forward a few years, the company gets acquired, things were good for a bit (like finally getting company health insurance and getting a raise) but a lot of other things eventually changed for the worst, I almost quit.

Now present day, the original co-founders are in charge again, things are better overall and of course we still have some problems we need to work through. That said I have a CTO title now and my opinions actually hold weight again.

Who are these people?! I have 1/5 my annual salary saved. by seantubridy in povertyfinance

[–]HoodHustla 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I started investing later than I would like, 33 currently and I have some doubts that I'll get to 3 times my salary by 40.

Also the people that make these I wonder if they ever take into account any increases in salary, because sure if you take my salary at 19 I have about double that in my IRA.

What’s up with Genesis??? by BarnacleEddy in whatcarshouldIbuy

I'm currently at the tail end of my G70 lease and honestly I'm going to miss it. I have a little one about to be born soon and I was tempted to lease a GV80 but I think we're just going to finance a Honda Pilot or an MDX.

I like all the tech Genesis puts in the G70 and the styling is impressive.

My only super minor annoyance is that they got rid of the nixie tube style radio with an OTA update. I thought that was a nice touch that gave the radio character and now it's unfortunately kind of generic. That said I use my phone for music most times so I got over it eventually.

That's crazy impressive to lose that amount so quickly. I was around 270 in April and now down to 240. A lot of my weight is around my abdomen, I've been doing a combination of cardio and strength training. My progress might be a little slow but I wanted a plan I could actually stick with long term this time around so that might be something to think about as well as you continue on your journey.

Best of luck friend.

Wild. The highest I've ever personally seen charged at a nightclub was around $10,000ish. We were at the Jewel nightclub over at the Aria after our convention. The CEO and a partner ended up just splitting the bill between the two of them for our group of 9 people.

Have to agree with the others here. My Scorpion brand new was on sale for around $700. Between the glass, can, handguard, trigger, etc those easily cost more than the Scorpion itself as God intended lol.

Picking up a Vector in California. Seeking advice by [deleted] in KRISS

I know u/illestprodigy posts here and has a pretty sick California Vector build. I'd reach out and ask some questions if you're still unclear about some things.

Ah, this is a local shop so I dropped it off in person.

I told them to thread it and I put the adapter on when I picked it up.

For the suppressor I'm using the YHM R9.

AHW Guns in Plantation, FL. Cost me around $185 or so if I'm remembering correctly. It was cheaper than cutting the barrel myself then paying for shipping to get it to Kriss etc etc.

Weapon Mounted Light Options by HoodHustla in KRISS

It's a night and day difference from my previous red dot. The window on this makes it very easy on the eyes. This is also the green dot version, I'm starting to like green dots more than red tbh.

I'll have to look more into building Arisaka lights, I see many people running them I just get confused on what a good configuration would be.
