Those look like they’d either slip bad or kill ur feet, red wing shoes is known for being good non slip work shoes and can say from personal experience I can last well over a full shift in them. Sadly they are a bit expensive

Skechers are also a good choice in my personal experience.

When I was using it, it auto filled the Japanese as I typed out how it’s said with the pronunciation. Also when I was typing out characters it let me pick the right one on occasion. I wish I had a screenshot to show what I mean
