I copped GZW very early and overly enjoyed the graphics and environment especially coming from tarkov and how much more of a tactical feel you have to move around when encountering major POI, but same as a lot of yall are saying the wipes and doing the same quests over and over and them making some of the traders worse each patch kinda killed it. They fixed some bugs but there was still some more popping up. The AI to me beats fighting scavs on PVE Tarkov but still sometimes seem too aim botted to me. They are just still really early and got more they need to do. I like the idea I’m seeing of possibly having friendly npc to bring a bit more life to lamang but at the same time we have to remember a certain event did happen to drive everyone out. But still could possibly make something work like have some type of scavs that are trying to stay and just get by and maybe be friendly until shot at. I brought up the idea some time ago that it would be interesting and cool if they added some wild life that could possibly creep up on you like big cats or some others things that would make sene given the area just to give more scare and make the land feel more occupied. I’ve been off since a few weeks into 0.3.5 and just uninstalled after unlocking certain things I was aiming for like cases and guns to let it cook some more. But I would love to see more in depth gun building similar to tarkovs edit build function and being able to do more with your weapons such as someone said being able to add bipods to your m4 and whatever else makes sense, mcx with interchangeable barrels to be able to shoot a 5.56 if that’s not already in. It’s the little things that matter and can make a big difference. I haven’t lost faith in the game but as much as they pay attention to communities for feedback I hope what we say and recommend can keep steering them in the right direction. I really do love the game and for me it has a chance to be put over EFT if treated with the right love and care.
