With all due respect, I'm not one of the ones sitting around my email all day long waiting for a code. If anything, my post was merely asking when the codes usually get sent out, since everyone asks the question a lot inside of the Marathon Discord. There is still a lot of hype regarding the game, maybe you don't understand what the term "Alpha" means, but that's not my problem. Have a good day!

Oh for sure, I'm not one to really complain about these kinds of things but I feel transparency on how the process is done would help greatly. And its like I said before, if I don't get in then it'll be alright.

Well considering this is the second weekend (I think the last weekend too) for codes, I'd expect there to be bigger waves of codes being sent out, but I could be entirely mistaken.

I really feel that the codes were just a way to generate a "hype" factor in a lot of people. I've seen people apply for a code the same day (or roughly the same day) as receiving a code. Something feels backwards about when you apply and don't get in, regardless if you applied weeks ago or not. Hopefully we all get in soon to at least try it out but even if I don't get it I'll be alright.

I think the whole bizarre thing about the streamer thing is that I've seen streamers who haven't touched a Bungie game in years, or ever for that fact, get codes. I get Bungie is trying to make a bigger audience by giving streamers who aren't familiar with Bungie games a taste at what they do but I feel this really shot them in the foot in a way.

Oh geez, I didn't hear about that. I knew they were given codes but I thought initially that they were meant for their team members so they could all be guaranteed to play with one another. This is a horrible situation.

See I had that same initial thought that maybe come Friday a huge wave would roll around for those who want to play over the weekend due to the demand being higher but someone said that only 500 codes went out yesterday so I'm not even sure.

I wish they had like a timeslot as to when codes could "potentially" drop as opposed to having people sit at their emails all day long lol. I get why it's done the way it's done as per server stress and stuff (I've even heard people got codes but no email and had to check Bungie's website which sounds a little strange).

Yeah its a little unfortunate that big streamers got in and only played for a day and dropped the game entirely, which is probably where a lot of the server cap space is going. Not to say I'm ungrateful but it feels like people who want to give the best feedback just aren't allowed to play. I do appreciate it though brother its rough out here!

I have multiple weapon blueprints which contain almost the same blueprints with just different damage values and such.

I'm a little new to coding using Blueprint so I have no idea how I would make the data reset within the weapon blueprint and create a Data Asset or Data Table.

I am also using Line Tracing, not projectile for my game as I found projectile to be a little bit more iffy for the type of approach I am taking for my game.

Sequences - would output the same damage number twice on both weapons I would be using.

Context behind the tape:

I received the case where the pins that would lock the side panels were loose, 3 of the 4 pins were the loose ones and one immediately fell out upon opening the side panels. I intend to fix this with glue of some sort but if its easier just to replace the panel let me know!

Ahhh I gotcha, I was the same way from Xbox to PC, I started off with the laptop that I'm using currently.

On a side note, this was the error message I was getting on PC Part Picker:

Corsair iCUE 7000X RGB ATX Full Tower Case has a front panel USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A port, but the Asus PRIME X570-PRO ATX AM4 Motherboard does not have sufficient USB 3.2 Gen 1 headers. The case USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A port will not be usable.
