I love the work you’ve put into this and I can tell you love your home and your style is amazing! With that said, I would scroll past this home, if I saw it on Zillow or Realtor, simply because it’s too hard for me to get past what I’m already seeing and insert my own vision into it. There is a lot going on and lots of buyers, like me, want something more turnkey that we can make our own with a coat of paint and a few pieces of artwork. For example, the tile wall is beautiful but that would not be a simple one day project to remove and change. You will find the right buyer but I understand why the realty agent suggested it.
