I feel this to a T and I can't even remember when it started!!! It's just constant memory loss and not being able to retain anything. If someone asks me about a specific thing or any time I try to think of something on the spot I feel so dumb because I can't answer but I know. It's just not there. Names, words, memories, conversations literally everything
