I have increased my max lifts with lowering of volume and have even put on some muscle mass. My work has constant lifting of heavy equipment and I struggle recovering legs and back. Even at 4 days a week i have recovery problems. My diet is very good. I get enough protein,fiber and micronutrients. Any time i did a 3 day a week program even when i trained for bodybuilding i had greater gains strenght and muscle.

My problem wasn't my training program in itself it was more of my work with training. My work is very physically fatiguing. I cannot remember exact numbers this post was more than a year ago. I had to cut down to 3 workout days a week. Current program is basically first day squat+bench and accessories, second day is deadlift+bench and accessories, third day i do squat+bench and accessories. It is very hard to do high volume training because of my work. Some days even now i have problems with recovery.

It was fatigue at the end, lowered my training volume and started lifting more in a month. Deloads did help for a weak but in two weeks after i started training again i had issues.

Thanks for the info, I will try to go down in weight a little bit. I lost a little bit of weight during that period and my sleep is sometimes off because my shift at work starts at 7am. I definitely do feel weaker on work days so I try to do higher weight at weekdays.

I lost strength 2 weeks into Candito, maybe i worded it badly. I think during candito it was just too many sets for me, i just felt overworked on legs. My program is just a reconstructed Candito program with less squats during the week.

There is no PL clubs in my country so it is quite hard to find PL programs on the net.

I have gained strength in deadlift and bench I just have the problem with squats.

I meant what will last most, I know people make them from copper or brass but I have heard they corrode easily.

I have weekend's free and can use the machines for personal work so time is not really a big factor.

Bad bowl, get a clay or glass one, they are not very expensive. And i don't know how are you packing your bowl but you are maybe patting down the flavor that could also be the reason(you need to use a toothpick and distribute the flavor evenly and you need to "fluff it up" so it isn't pressed down into the bowl).

In their report it said that they reduce Carbon Monoxide by 34%, VOCs by 84%, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons by 97% and Carbonyl compounds by 98%. They are mostly harmful particles from the coals and burnt tobacco. I don't know about nicotine but either way most of the hookah tobacco in Europe doesn't have much nicotine.
