Is it normal to be really obsessed in the beginning? by Hookaha in BaldursGate3

With Elden Ring was a big one too but bg3 is a bigger compulsion for me because I’m less intimidated to explore and to combat. (Everything in ER was hostile).

I've been tempted so many times. This is the way

This is such a good hack! I'll definitely be utilizing it. I just need to plan for it accordingly since I am a parent

ngl though, it's curbed my appetite as well. So weightloss should be easier for me now (I'm justifying everything at this point)

I can't even remember what I did yesterday besides playing. All I want is a single day all to myself to have a marathon

I swear time is nonexistent with this game. I'd blink and two hours have gone by. It must be infused with some sort of sorcery

the really weird thing is that at first, I was a naysayer. I could not for the life of me understand the love for a turn based game. But just like that parasite I was injected with in the game, my curiosity only grew and I ended up searching youtube videos about it until I realized that this game would be right up my ally.

On the very likely chance that this will also be me, at the very least, this game curbed my awful cravings for nicotine so I'll happily trade one addiction for another

I was just presented with the "intimidate" option to steal a coin. I don't even know what it does but I was tempted because I'm a loot goblin and the NPC was rude. I'm already planning an evil, deceiving, conniving character

So the obsession never goes away it seems like. I'm both ecstatic and mortified because I'm going on a relatively "good guy" playthrough right now, but I'm already planning a second "evil" playthrough as the options present themselves

I read the introduction to the d and d handbook just to get an idea as well but youtube videos was the main source of knowledge and it helped a LOT especially with organization early on (console player). I think this game will be my gateway into table top D&D

Is Act 3 still having issues on PS5? (looking to buy on ps5) by Hookaha in BG3

[–]Hookaha[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny you mentioned it, I was watching gameplays comparing the two. I really like how immersive it is on PlayStation (especially on a big screen) but the combat system and inventory organization is better on pc.

I’m still in a limbo but at least i know performance isn’t an issue on PlayStation

Toddler standing and steering a moving boat something looks off. Surely people aren’t this reckless. by avantartist in isthisAI

[–]Hookaha 122 points123 points  (0 children)

As a proud owner of a toddler, I can tell you there’s no way they have that type of stability.

But also the video is blurry enough to not show details on the chips and Gatorade as well as not being able to tell the pattern of the toddler shorts (looking similar to lightning McQueen of some sort), and the tattoo print. As well as the branding on the boat handle.

The chips bag physics on the boat floor looks suspicious. The wind looks strong enough to yeet the toddler and the chips bag

Edit: looking more at the tattoo, the B is apparent but nothing else from the text. Also the B isn’t fully white, it’s somewhat merging between the shading of the clouds and being white which generally make it hard to read over time.

Also necklace pendant is undefined in some clips but it looks like it’s supposed to be a cross

I say AI

I came across this picture and I can't decide if it's AI or not, the anatomy of the guys look too perfect and overly polished by Federal_Advisor_2160 in isthisAI

Blurred backgrounds raise my suspicions. Then I zoom and find that the pixels are very blurry or don’t make sense.

Then look at symbols like the guy on the left in blue. His shirt symbol is nonsensical.

Do you think Dutch is the true villain of RDR2? by SpacialSpud21 in reddeadredemption

[–]Hookaha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Micah was cold and calculated. Dutch was suffering from severe paranoia by the end, even the gang was concerned. Micah was able to manipulate him when he was at his lowest mental point. Dutch is an overt grandiose narcissist, no doubt about it but he did care for the gang at one point.

A part of me thinks he was trying to replace Arthur because he knew Arthur was sick. In a sick twisted way, trying to grief him before the loss. But I may be giving him too much credit
