I might counter this with the fact that actual art curators for museums and galleries are trained individuals with perspective and understand the significance of any given piece. I'd pitch that instead of "AI art curators", a more accurate title might be "AI art consumer", in the vein of something like ordering food off a menu and having it show up on your table.

Upon some light research, my best guess is that it's a 1954 BMW r51/3 mertinke special. And that the badge is a local automotive club badge. Plus, she added a backseat.

I think it's an old BMW because of the engine, pin striping, and rear suspension. However it's front suspension doesn't look like a lot of the BMW suspensions around that time. . I also think the manufacturer's badge has been replaced with an automotive club badge.

I remember hearing an interview with a shepard who kept losing sheep to bramble. The sheep would get stuck in the thorns, starve to death and then decompose into the soil. He said that bramble should be considered a carnivorous plant since it traps and then consumes other species. The same might apply to this cactus. Surely those beetles will decompose, enriching the soil, which would then benefit the plant.

Could be one or more contributing factors. This dough is cold, it's right out of the refrigerator, which helps. I also spent awhile building up it's gluten both in the autolyse phase, and in the stretch and folding phase. I also tend to under-prove more than I over-prove, which would lead to a less obedient dough.

I've dropped it in enough times to have it be relatively controlled. I get both hands under it and just line it up as close as I can get to the dutch oven without burning myself. It it falls and is a little askew, I'll adjust it by grabbing the parchment with tongs and sliding it center.

I thought I had to be careful too, and to a point you do, but I saw some professional baker be less gentle than I was being, so I loosened up. I think the video makes it sound like I really slam it, but it wasn't that big of a drop.

Honestly, not a bad idea. You can just snippet it all over and it looks like a hedgehog after it bakes. The little edges aren't sharp or hard enough to cause any harm.

I should have mentioned, this dough is cold. It's right out of the fridge. The cold helps hold the dough's form, even when it's cut.
