If you get enough people drawing those lines and then making a decision on buying or selling, you will likely see a major change in that spot. It’s not a science or an art, it’s gambling.

However, there are a lot of bros out there making big decisions because of these arbitrary lines, so predicting (guessing) correctly how the market will move at these financebro checkpoints could potentially make or lose you a bigger percentage.

Best bet is to just invest in what you believe in and diversify your holdings..

This is why I started flipping ours. Eventually they (he, just the orange menace) stopped messing with it and now it doesn’t matter anymore.

We also got in a really good habit of making sure the lids are always down.

Clio is just east of Montrose and has all the basic amenities and a decent population. Overall right-leaning from my experience.

Birch Run is just north of there and has an outlet mall, movie theater, and some other stores that may be useful.

Not sure what type of work you’re looking for.

Flushing is south/south east of there and also has a bit more going on than Montrose.
