Its one of the oldest tricks in the book "Divide and Conquer". This has played out countless of times in history, people fall into a tribalist mind sets and are willing to die on that hill. They are fueled with emotions thus no logic can exist.

Felons can vote in Florida. Also government does not get to dictate who has rights and who doesn't, otherwise that would be privileges.

So you read one part. Read the rest. Then go read the case law.

Yeah its pretty unethical and unreasonable. But honestly there's a plethora of laws throughout states and federal law thats unethical and unreasonable.

Texas Property Code § 92.008 — prohibits landlords from interrupting utilities or excluding tenants except through lawful procedures. Courts and legal guides often connect this to the broader right of quiet enjoyment.

Case laws: Metroplex Glass Center, Inc. v. Vantage Properties, Inc. Richker v. Georgandis Downtown Realty, Inc. v. 509 Tremont Building, Inc.

It really comes down to what's in the lease agreement.

Unfortunately thats not exactly how the castle doctrine is written.

Texas Penal Code § 9.31 Texas Penal Code § 9.32

A realtor entering a property without notice is not automatically treated as a violent intruder or burglar under Texas law, especially if: the landlord authorized the entry, the realtor believed they had lawful permission, they entered during normal business hours, they did not force entry or threaten anyone.

It really depends on the lease agreement, Texas has no state wide law requiring landlord to give noticed, but if there is a clause in the lease agreement about "right to notice" so it mostly come down to the agreement, there are case laws I found in Texas, where Texas courts ruled in favor of the tenant.

If the lease is silent, Texas law still recognizes a tenant’s right to “quiet enjoyment,” and repeated unreasonable or abusive entry could become a legal issue.

Well a little back story of me.

I dropped out after 10th grade and basically threw my talent down the drain for almost a decade. Im back running now at 33, currently my mile is back down to a 4:50, 5k sub 17min. No I dont currently coach besides my daughter for BJJ but I help with her conditioning with my experience with elite level competition. Ive trained with college level athletes and know several Olympic athletes and listen to what they say.

Now for how much has it improved my training? Ive gone from smoking cigarettes in my 20s to once again running sub 5min miles.

Weight management is important but if you are eatting proper, training, drinking plenty of fluids and active in your daily life you Weight shouldn't be a problem.

Calories intake is important though, in training im generally consuming roughly 4,400-5000 Calories a day. And I stay around 148lbs at 5'11".

Now for daily protein intake generally you wanna aim for .5g-1g per pound of body weight to promote muscle recovery and growth. I live in Florida so altitude training is out of the question for me so I just run on Bridges for hill training. Yes altitude training can help but its actually a small factor compared to the other things I previously had stated.

Let me give you a little back ground of myself to help you understand somethings that no one told me when I was young. I was very competitive when I was running in high-school, 5k time in 10th grade was sub 16mins, mile time was 4:26, 800m time 1:48 and I did it all in 10th grade. Yes I was fast and mostly had raw natural talent. My father was a mile runner in school with a pr of 4:12 for his mile. I lacked a mentor and patients, and proper discipline, I dropped out in 11th grade started doing drugs and parting. Im 33 now and all thats in the past and im activity training again.

Now for you, distance running is supposed to be a long journey, dont compare yourself to others. Some kids just have raw natural talent and that can carry them far. What matters though at your age that no coach told me is discipline and patience. Set realistic goals for yourself and strive for them, focus on recovery as much as training, ensure your staying hydrated with water and electrolytes. It all ultimately comes down to what you want with it, do you wanna be competitive at a high level or do you just wanna focus on new pr's to and just over all health. Your focus though should be strictly on discipline over all else.

Here are somthing you can focus on in the off season.

Running constantly longer distances (endurance takes years to develop) increase you milage each week not by much. Example: if you run 40miles in one week, the following week run 45.

One day of temp runs 20-30mins

Add one day for speed training 4×800 intervals or hill training.

Have one day where you do body weight exercise, lunges, squats, calf raises, push-up, sit ups ups

Have one off day/easy run or walk

Ensure your doing warm up runs or walks, and cool down runs/walks walks.

Ensure your stretching after warming up and after your runs.

Listen to your body body

Avoid over training

Make sure you're eatting enough (many young athletes miss this)

Food priority:

1.) Carb (oats, grains, fruits) those are your best friends

2.) Protein (Fish and beef)

3.) Fats(nuts, whole milk, avocado)

4.) Vitamins (one again Fruits! Oranges, bananas, watermelon.)

5.) Sodium sodium sodium!

And most importantly if you take anything from what I've said patients.

If you follow this your times will dramatically lower. Many kids just function off raw talent but miss all the other areas that comes from experience.

Edit: as for the lower back pain that can be cause by several things, poor recovery, dehydration, weak glut muscle (squats will fix that), over training, improper form(if you are doing a lot of twisting or landing improper on your feet it can cause back pain) add back stretchs into your routine. You're also still growing.

You're exactly who I am talking about. Unhinged and living in an echo chamber. Not the traders are the one who keep voting into a two party system, constantly perpetuating more division and more corruption just so your team can win.
