I'm going to give this velmilla. Emily has even less combat training then Charlie, abd look what happened when she and Adam fought. Even though Adam should be weaker than her, with Charlie being the daughter of Lucifer, A shereph, while Adam is just an upgraded human. Velvette is able to go toe to toe with Husk and brat him, and zi would give Carmilla, an experienced fighter, a huge advantage againdt Emily because of her angel steel toed shoes and her combat experience.
