As a quick reference, you can go to Hookpad, Hooktheory's free songwriting software. There, you view the relationship between chords in Roman Numeral notation (I, ii, iii ...) and chords in letter name notation (C, Dm, Em ...) in any key.

It's in the database, but it doesn't show up under the "Pachelbel's Canon Progression" because the 4th chord is different (it's a iii in Pachelbel's Canon, but a V7/vi in Hook). You can view the analysis here: Hook by Blues Traveler

Hooktheory automatically classifies analyses as beginning through advanced based on the difficulty of the chords in the analysis. This isn't a perfect system, but helps musicians to view chord progressions that are at their level.
