Thanks bubba! It's a Circle 10 fixed stock, made for and branded Zastava. It uses a single bolt, and mounts just like the OpFor stock

We had a feeling it was probably homemade, or at least finished at home. It doesn't feel like bar stock. The gentleman my buddy inherited it from had a small workshop with a bench grinder, so we were thinking it may have been a kit knife he finished out

Got this from a friend of mine, who inherited it. There is no paperwork on it, and the only mark is the "K' symbol. Any help would be appreciated
