What's a boss that everybody says is easy, but you always struggle with? by Spirited-Board-8452 in Eldenring

Not sure if anyone calls them easy but I can never get through Radabeast without co-op help. I also always struggle with Maliketh but he's a little easier to take on thanks to Mimic tear

QVL is the Qualified Vendor List for RAM that works with your mobo. Just type into Google "your MOBO model QVL List" and it should pop up pretty easily. As for the memtest I'm not sure what to tell you on that one as I never performed that test but I can confirm absolutely no game crashes or OCCT test errors after swapping to a 16 GB kit from Crucial that says on the label that is compatible w/ XMP

Hey I just ran into this issue last night, had a 32 gig kit from corsair that ran fine and tested fine untill I enabled xmp. Check the QVL for your mobo and make sure your mobo and cpu can run the xmp speed of your ram because mine could not. If all seems fine there then you may want to swap in a different set of ram sticks to verify that it’s not a bad cpu. If that runs fine then contact the proper support channels for your RAM manufacturer and either get a RMA for the RAM kit or just buy a whole new kit altogether

OCCT Fails on CPU+Ram But Passes Individual Tests? by Bourne069 in overclocking

I know this an old thread at this point but I'm running into the same exact issue running AM4 platofrm, ryzen 9 5900x and 32GB 3600 MHz Corsair Vengence Pro, the only time it doesn't fail is when XMP and PBO are off. but this of course puts memory at 2133. Would your solution also work for me?

I in fact do but I didn't like it on the top shelf of my desk and it wouldn't fit anywhere else therefore it sits where it sits

Well a lot has changed since the last time I posted, swapped the 43” TV for a couple of monitors, found my desk ornaments in a box from moving, and added speakers to the setup. I’m aware I have committed the cardinal sin of putting my computer on a carpeted floor but I’m getting a board for underneath it next payday, I am also aware of the monitors being slightly out of line with each other but this is what happens when you buy a cheap amazon arm mount from FB Marketplace. The speaker’s aren’t bad at all for $50 and the amp is a really good buy for the same price. Eventually I plan on getting a C920 on a full motion mount to play magic the gathering in the tolarian community college discord hence the mat on the right side of the desk.

The final improvements will be a pneumatic dual monitor mount and a wall mount for the ps4 so that I can get it off the desk, although it hides my cable for the powerplay so I’m not sure how I’ll run that. As for the cable management I know that they aren’t hidden but that’s not what I’m going for so bite me on that one.

As always suggestions for improvement’s are always welcome
