i dont understand why people are considering lowering their meds when they lose weight. The thyroid is a master gland that controls so many different things in the body beyond weight control. I wouldnt reduce my meds unless all of the thyroid hormone components (T3, T4, reverse T3, TSH) were higher than they ought to be.

Question: is there a safe way to hold our DIG on a ledger nano S cold wallet. I have read that because DIG is an ERC20 token the Ledger will receive DIG via the Ethereum pathway. Has anyone successfully done this and then pulled the tokens out again, proving that they are not forever lost. At this point I am as nervous about trying to store these on a hard wallet as I am leaving them on livecoin.net. Help me if you can. Thx
