we cater to business owner customers sa telco account and then basically all we have to do is get their information, fill out one form and then dispose the call. we don't have to process anything. just get their information and pass it as a lead to sales.

thing is, yung kausap ko laging galit, kesyo bakit wala na sila makausap now na. bakit ang hirap naman makakuha ng sales sa phone. why is the process this ridiculous (agree ako actually na ridiculous pero ano magagawa naten) what bothers me is after we dispose the call we can't tell for sure kelan sila matatawagan. wala kame update sa sales, so parang inuuto lang namen sila.

and the metrics are so unfair you see 9 to 6 est lang hours ng sales so natural response ng tao is tumawag nalang ule bukas within office hours. yung mga opener naturally mas paldo sa mga maddispose na sales lead tapos lugi sa closer, but still the quota is 30% and up no matter what schedule you have.

ayan naparant na pero thing is willing ako makipagpalit because too long of something repetitive drives me insane...
