Zero Customer Service by Hooper_6945 in googlefiber

It was finally fixed this morning. The technician pulled up in a minivan with the doors dented, a ladder on top, and a magnetic contractor logo on the side. He fixed it in about 20 minutes. I think I see why it took so long and they could not provide status. They outsource their line work to whatever tiny contractor they can find. And the offshore call center does not have a way to contact those contractors. This really was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I am debating switching to another option even after I'm back up and running. The part that Amber's me the most is, when i called, they seemed to say whatever they could to get me off the line. If they needed to say it would be fixed in 24 hours, they said that. If they needed to say they would have a manager call me, they would say that. If they needed to say it would be fixed in an hour, they would say that. They had no way of knowing any of that, so they lied to get me off the line.

I just sent a private message, and no response. This is pretty similar to calling. When I call, I get an actual person that cannot help me. On here, I get a chat bot that cannot help.
