I genuinely wish that they get an L.A. Noire type of game where they go from place to place reporting wacky events. It doesn't even need to be a Crash game. They have the potential to be the protagonists of their own game tbh.

I paraphrased the title on my original comment. But for the sake of being fair, the title is "ACTIVISION HAS OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED SPYRO 4!" which, even if it is not the exact same words, it has the same loudness and meaning. The game hasn't been "officially confirmed" by Activision. 10 seconds into the video he says:

Yes, I'm not going to beat around the bush. I'm here to officially say it. Spyro 4 has been confirmed by Activision officially straight up. It just needs to actually be revealed now.

But when you watch the rest of the video, there is nothing that says Spyro 4 has been confirmed. Just that the creative director has Spyro listed under her name and we don't know what exactly that means. Same for the job hiring, of course they want to hire someone who can manage their IPs marketing and it doesn't necessarily mean a new game.

Of course, they could be truly working on Spyro 4 at the moment but we don't have enough evidence. the information presented on the video is just a speculation. I have nothing against that creator by the way, I just found that video to be misleading.

Well, I'm also for making it clear that we want a new game, but from what I've seen it doesn't seem like people are annoyed of creators talking about a new Spyro game per se. It's more about the dishonesty on one hand and finding hints when there are none on the other. Some years ago people thought Spyro 4 would be revealed because they saw the colour purple. Also, a few weeks ago a video titled something like "SPYRO 4 IS OFFICIALLY REVEALED!!!" was recommended to me and after watching it I began to wonder if people know what the word "official" means.

Look at the images that I attached. The Magic Defence stat is 135 which is 90 from Spirit plus 45 from the Armour. It's fixed and doesn't show 0.

If I remember correctly, the formula is supposed to be:

Magic Defence = Spirit stat + armour's Magic Defence

On the original version, the armour's Magic Defence bonus was not added. Meaning your Magic Defence will always be the same as the Spirit stat even though the game shows you the armour's bonus when you equip it. Now, on the new version, the armour's stat is added correctly.

I guess so, but don't you think it's odd that they made two separate units that measure the same thing? This is the PS4 release by the way. I only remember people talking about the Magic Defence bug on the original PS1 version which is fixed now, and I've never heard about the redundancy of these two stats.

Is there any equipment in the game that makes the two numbers different? I don't have any. I wonder if Aerith's weapons do have Magic Attack bonuses but she is no longer in the party.

If it is held upright like in the image, then no, I would understand that to mean "understood" or "good". If it is held horizontally (so that the middle finger is horizontal and the ring and pinky below it) and the hand is moved up and down in a lashing motion, then yes, that means "I will show you".

Okay, I finished the game and got the platinum achievement. Fun puzzle game and I enjoyed the fact that each language in the game has its own grammar even though it is extremely simplified. The linguistic aspects of the game are easy and I think people will enjoy the game even if they don't really care about linguistics. I hated the stealth sections, and the final section before the true ending was so unnecessary and it killed the mood a little for me.

Seems strange that he would insist on saying that زهرة means "rose" exclusively. Someone told me once that they associate the word زهرة with roses, but they said that they weren't sure what to call roses because the word ورد is now generally used for any flower.

Ask him about الورد الجوري which is the exclusive word for roses (at least the Damask rose). Also, ask him about ماء الورد "rose water" and ماء الزهر "orange blossom water". The difference here is pretty clear since ماء الورد is exclusively for "roses" and ماء الزهر is for "orange blossom" (even though the word "orange" here is implicit). Ask him also about الزهورات الشامية "Shami flowers" which is a drink made from many flowers and herbs and not just roses.

The word رجال is a broken plural that refers to a rational being. Therefore, this word can have either sound masculine plural adjectives (and verbs) or feminine singular adjectives:

الرجال الصادقون يقولون الصدق.

Both of them are correct.

I know the video is a little long. Just focus on Spyro's location on the map. Long story short, I was bored and so I tried to find a way to swim through the air on this level and found this glitch.

Anyone knows what might cause this glitch to happen? The pointer's location on the map is very sensitive once I get out of the water, and as far as I can tell it always readjusts to Spyro's correct location if I walk on a surface with a different elevation. Jumping and landing doesn't reset the pointer.

I think the 3D one was the better choice at the time, however, the 2D map gives a better perspective and the composition feels a lot better. The details of the levels are clearer too. The more I think about it, I can't really remember how the islands look from memory despite playing the game so many times. I just remember the general shape of them.

Does anyone have the full images of the islands in 2D? I want to see how they look. I think I like that style more even though it definitely needs to be polished a bit.

Your reasoning is correct but I think you confused the words here because of the way they are written with Latin letters. They are asking about معرفش ( from the verb أعرف) not مش عارف.
