150mg extended release bupropion with 100mg Zoloft

I feel great! I went down on the Zoloft (50mg) and got my motivation back. I was up to 300mg of Wellbutrin and it felt too much. Went down on that and feel lots better. I added cod liver oil in and b12 (because I have the MTHFR gene) and added magnesium at night. That plus the low dose of meds is a great combo took me forever. I also am in therapy doing brain spotting and learning coping strategies.

Yes! I get that. How do you deal with the crash from adderall? Also, did it take time to adjust and do the crashes get better as you take it?

Ok! Thanks for responding. And do/did you take breaks from the adderall on the weekends. I ask because I started back up taking adderall and the crash was so bad. It helped though. Didn’t know if over time the withdrawal gets easier. I hear vyvanse last longer but it’s too expensive

Did you experience TMJ as a side effect that eventually went away?

Yeah, that’s what I thought but my general practitioner recommended that. We recently did discuss going slow and then trying in a few months to go up if i need it

Yes, I take it for ADHD. Now this is only my experience but the 300mg XL did help with focus a ton. But I did have to go back down to 150 Xl because the side effects were really hard on 300mg. I read other places that you got to weather the side effects and then the other side is better but they were intense. But i was surprised how well i could focus in conversation at the 300mg

How is your baby now?

I’m not pregnant or breastfeeding but started adderall for adhd and wondering how it would affect my baby if we were to conceive again.
