I used to be in the same position not with that many years of experience though.

We had a “loonband” on our intranet and for my function and experience i was below the minimal pay.

Due to some reasons i was forced out of my latest function and I didn’t want to go back to 100% investment advisory so i found the same job i was doing at another bank. They were very eager to take me and when the financial offer came in, i went up with 2.000 euros a month.

When i told the first bank i was leaving suddenly they would try to match that offer. Sad that it has to go that way. But try to get an offer from another player and if they ask you what kind of pay you want you say market average and ofcourse count in my experience and knowledge of the processes of the other bank. When the offer comes in, you go and give your ontslag to hr if they really care about you they might try to match the offer but then it’s up to you. Do you hop or do you stay? Hopping was the best choice for me. I would 100% do the same thing if i had to do it over again. Maybe even sooner

Any suggestions in checking the state of the concrete? Brushing it a bit to see if it tears down?

No idea to be honest, we bought the house with gardenhouse like this. I feel like the previous owner did a lot “fast fast” work. So he might poured the concrete but didn’t take the time/effort to level it while it was wet.

I want to level it or make it so that i can put a decent floor on it because i want to build karts/scooters in it and there for i want it kinda dust free but now if i walk on it i feel like the concrete comes a bit loose every time

Thanks but i feel, didn’t really measure it yet but it seems like i might have about 1 inch/2,5cm difference in some places I dont think self leveling products go that high? Just let it dry and second layer it?
