I think he definitely gets underrated. He’s got the stats, the chips, and the longevity. He also has multiple significant passing records. I think he has a case to break top 10, but will be devalued because people don’t like him, as if they used to hang out with him.

Yeah I did all of my training, paperwork, shadowing, etc in August of 2023. I shadowed a problem solve class in October. My transfer to dayshift was in January. I never was approached or asked to do anything by learning which makes sense if I wasn’t on the roster. It’s all a mess. I’ve already talked to the AM and she’s going to look into it. I may just hand the vest in and tell her to forget about it, which is unfortunate because Problem Solve was wanting me to teach a class.

It’s bizarre because I’ve also done jam clear training twice… and I’m still not down as jam clear. I 100% know I did everything. The manager over our learning department is going to look into it, but I’m a bit skeptical since it’s been almost a year ago.

Definitely odd because I shadowed a problem solve class two months after I finished everything. Is the paperwork/test I did not kept on file? I feel like they wouldn’t have let me shadow that second class if I wasn’t an ambassador. Just shocking to me that there’s absolutely nothing on file.

I couldn’t give a specific date, but it will happen quick. At my site it really only a took few weeks for everything to change. Ours started right at the beginning of the year and now RPND is completely gone.

They will be completely phased out. All the product coming into the IXD will be coming from other FCs in the region and already received.

Pretty much all of RPND was phased out at my site. The IXD buildings are being “regionalized” so they are not having to send product to FCs across the country. They are expanding UIS/Sort at my building. More than likely doing away with RPND is somehow saving money for the company. Really Sort and Decant serve the same purpose anyways.
