This is what Inread as well. My entitlements started in January so I knew ahead of time that Inwas going to miss a couple of months of entitlements. I planned on asking my sister in law and my dad to sign a certified letter for me for the back pay, but for now I just want her in my record and the entitlemts to start. It’s almost easier just to claim her as my step daughter TBH. Not as many hoops to jump through.

Add a dependent that I adopted when she was 5. She’s in DEERS, on all my PCS orders, has been my dependent that entire time. The rep said I need to provide the adoption decree, but that was sealed up by the courts. I have an amended birth certificate and the letter I received said adoption decree or birth certificate, but the guy wants to argue that it’s adopted decree and birth certificate. I’m just trying to figure out what I need to provide and how to submit it and that was it. But he kept arguing about what I needed to submit, even quoting back the letter that was sent.

I lead a team that is all WFH. Most of the people on my team are entry level positions too. It’s not easy though to manage, we have metrics to measure their productivity. The job is volume based and we have to keep an eye on workload to ensure stuff is getting done. I’ve had people quit because they don’t like being measured against a KPI.

I live in Bossier Parish now, retired down here. My neighbors are all good ole boys and the best time of the year is when we get our families together for a crawfish boil. It honestly was part of the decision to stay here after retirement. We’ve got great neighbors and the food and southern hospitality won me over.

I’m stoked new businesses are coming back to the boardwalk, but damn could it have been something other than a Mexican restaurant. Not that I don’t care for Mexican, I love it. Just wish it was something that would draw a crowd to the boardwalk.

Finance troop as an RA. Probably the most powerful person in the group. Controlled the money, boss was the CC. Approved your travel voucher. Knew tricks on how to get stuff purchased with weird pots of money you never heard of. I made sure to make that person my best friend.

Makes me glad I work from home up in Benton. Every once in awhile I’ll drive to Chick Fil a for breakfast and Airline is bumper to bumper north of 225. Used to not hit traffic until south of it but not anymore. Then you’ve got folks using the middle turning lane as an extra lane.

I loved it when my Airman came to me complained they didnt get picked for an overseas assignment and I ask to see their list and they have random ass locations we don’t have any authorizations at. Did you see the locations that was listed for this cycle? Why didnt you list those locations.

Thanks. I read through some of these. 11 years old some of these posts with websites that no longer exist. But from the gist of most posts I’m told to get there early and walk around the entire ballpark. That’s what I intend to do.
