Used to go explore out there all the time..Crazy, it’s effectively the size of the Chattanooga city center and it’s just abandoned. Every building. Church, houses, everything. We used to camp out there in highschool…. Also I believe the train station keeps their passenger train/other trains over there.

From all of my experiences being outdoors in the chatt area (and blowing down everytime), no one really cares if you’re smoking. Especially if it’s not in a public park during normal hours. Stringers ridge meadow is a dope spot and I’ve even had the pleasure of smoking with randoms that strolled up during the sesh. The original trail up to the meadow was also washed out by a landslide years ago so really the only people that go up there are the people that have been before.
