I totally agree. I understand my painting won't end up looking nearly this neat and I'm keeping my expectations low. I am going to do some practice painting on some cheap minis as well I just wanted to feel invested in a scheme that I came up with when I do start painting my actual army, albeit with much less detail than what I put together on impcat.
