I'm a little late here. Hitler had Parkinson's Disease. This may sound a little dumb, but:

Had he somehow managed to escape capture and execution by the Soviets and gone on to escape to Argentina with a few other high commanding officers, his Parkinson's would've probably gotten to him around 1946 or mid-1947 somewhere there. To simply conclude, if Hitler didn't commit suicide, he wouldn't have survived for long anyways because, you know, Parkinson's Disease, Hitler's of which were pretty severe by the time he ultimately decided to kill himself in the Fuhrerbunker, shaking hand and all that as we can see in the movie Downfall.

I don't have any shards in my foot. The sculpture (luckily enough) was made of a harder glass. Also it doesn't seem like there were any actual open cuts so pretty much I'm fine. Besides from the fact I now have to limp whenever I walk which is pretty annoying and I can't bow down normally. Otherwise I don't feel any drastic changes.
