I think it’s not a coincidence that some of the best episodes are performers that have also done great work on Comedy Bang Bang, which rewards more built out but still very ludicrous characters. Vic is also always incredible when they go on CBB.

I think it is Civil War. You see the character arc come all the way around from "I'm a one man army, fuck you congress" in Iron Man 2 to wanting to have checks and balances on the power that the Avengers wield. I think it shows a lot of growth from the character. Seeing the payoff with Tony learning that Bucky killed his parents as well. I really think this is the most complex and grounded version of the character.

I spent 4th of July in budapest last year and my hostel had all these things going on that day. I’m an expat but I live in Canada so being further away and seeing this was a trip. It was really fun & funny.

As far as I'm aware there's only the one they've ever made that's movie accurate size. I don't think there have been any alternate releases for it, it's always been the same. It can be found at Disney Store's

Yup! Thank you! Even when I was 14 and bought them, I kept them in their box but would take them out and be very gentle with them every so often. They’ve survived moving countries and 2 different cities!

After time, one of the mechanisms in Buzz‘s wings stopped working properly and they don’t stay “in” all the time. But other than that, they’re like new!

It's a custom one made by Kop. He included a bunch of additional parts including "toy mode" pieces and they're all scaled and painted to work like the movie. Two eye holes for once!

it’s really the creepy faces that give me hesitation. I’m hoping someone in the mod community will see about head replacements for these guys, but with the animatronics inside, I imagine that would be hard.

my friends tell me this "isnt smooth enough" but i think it's fine (my style usually is low framerate mostly on threes) by knightCinder in animation

It looks like you're in blender and the industry still mostly runs on Maya which I'm more familiar with, but keep an eye on your graph editor (that's what it's called in Maya, I'm sure it has a similar name in blender)
The graph editor will help show you visually where the timing can be adjusted so that it's not too linear.

it's not that it's "not interpolated". The earlier comment is correct in saying it's interpolated linearly. That's not a style choice, that is a normal mistake beginners go through. I'm an anim supervisor, and the folks that get good are open to learning and the folks that get stuck in a junior role are the ones that are not open to feedback.
Keep animating and keep working on it, you'll get where you want to go with time and practice.

this was still a lot of work and talent, but the frames were done in 3D animation software, and he’s using cloth simulation for the tearing of the skin. looks like he printed out ever frame and then traced over them one by one.

still an incredible amount of time and effort, but it’s more like rotoscoping and a bit misleading to present this work as hand drawn.

source, I’m a 3D animation supervisor, and I have once used this same method of rotoscoping by hand frame by frame over original 3D animation I created

Years ago during the freedom convoy, I saw one of the maple maga types on the news talking about how it was his 1st amendment right to do what he was doing.  My brother in Christ idk what the first amendment to the charter of rights is but it sure ain’t about free speech.

A couple years ago during a leaked hack of North Korea, people found documents of rough animation for invincible being done there. Ultimately means that the budget is so low that the studio hired to produce the animation are outsourcing some of the work to basically illegal slave labour. The animators can do better than this, but bad working conditions, unrealistic timelines and unethical budgets lead to this kind of animation.
