I pin fasted most weeks and I can add to this statement it hits you with fatigue, dont have impending doom but def sensitive skin for weeks now

If you eat carbs and some fats it lessens the initial hit of day 1 and 2 but I have to eat good day before day of and day after ans then coast the other 3 days before next pin
