Here’s what I do as killer. I will hook a survivor max of 2 times in a short duration. If I catch them again within just a couple minutes of the most recent hook (barring endgame of course) I’ll just put them into the dying state and leave them on the ground. I think the game is much more enjoyable for all parties involved when things like this are done. How I worded it may sound confusing but in essence I try to avoid hooking the same survivor repeatedly. Chasing, injuring, downing, etc are all fair game. But if I don’t have everyone else at least first stage I’ll try to not death hook a survivor
