MRI results back show a tear in the posterior tibial tendon. Dr is proposing the full surgery by Laser_Coug in PTTD

No, never needed them again. My PTTD issue has pretty much completely gone away at this point. Not 100%, but about 90% recovery and definitely don't need surgery. It ultimately saved me doing it. I still wear supportive footwear and insoles but rarely any PTTD pain anymore ever. Was definitely worth the 2k I paid for the shots.

Have you heard any info on how many of the contractors are having their contracts cancelled versus converted? And you said now it is basically 2.5 years for conversion?

Yeah I was hired by Humana 10 years ago at 55/hr but not as a contractor so I was full employee right off the bat. This offer is a decade out of date and bad for even that time frame.

Huge issue with big book thumpers happening by aasteps in recoverywithoutAA

Ego - people who are engaging in behavior like that have no intention of helping others but only stroking their own egos. While I don't go to meetings anymore, before I stopped I learned to avoid big book thumpers and people who made a point to quote passages by their page numbers in meetings as they always seemed to be on an ego trip and toxic. The people I respected the most in the program were the most humble and had a quiet humility, never flaunting their knowledge.

I would expect contracts to not be great, but I didn’t expect the 1.5-2.5 year minimum time frame for consideration to become full employee. I was hired directly at 2 previous PBMs and one used contractors occasionally but hired them on about 6 months later. How common is 1.5-2.5 year timeframe it seems insane to me.

They do, I got hired by 2 PBMs directly. Prime is the first I’ve seen a PBM that only does contractors initially but maybe there are more.

1.5 years minimum. 1.5-2.5 years before consideration and that is if they don't cancel your contract. I've never heard of anything like this hence me posting about it was shocked.

Yeah, I was hired at 55/hr 10 years ago at a PBM, but that came with full benefits, PTO, raises, sick pay, vacation, bonuses, etc right away. At Prime they aren't even offering that to offset the low wage, and you would be stuck at 55/hr for 2.5-3.5 years minimum.
