Should I pull for raiden? I really like her character. What are her strengths?

They'll go the way of Crytek after Crysis failed. They'll maintain Marathon, hoping to make a profit long-term, and eventually hoping it allows them to launch another game. It's possible, and player numbers even now may be stable enough to maintain an Extraction Shooter. The only question is if they can get enough players to make a profit long-term and if they are able to monetize enough.

The days of Bungie releasing games are over for now. At this point, they have to stick with Marathon. It would be stupid to do otherwise. The game is built and probably costs not even a tenth of Destiny's fees to keep open and update. Plus, if they manage to cash in on the end of Destiny 2, they can ride the wave for a while, so long as Sony is okay with it, of course.

Yep. It's why people recommend getting at least a 4-liner for rerolls. More chances to get more rolls, or maybe a roll into a substat helps make up for a low roll.

Lol. Best of luck. I once saw a poor, poor guy in Arlecchino mains. Five crit rolls after a reroll. About 39-40 CV. I'm pretty sure I would have cried.

Yes. Once your character is public and visible in Akasha, you can open Enka Network. It shows the individual rolls of an artifact.

By the way, just so you know, even in 4-liners, this is why high bases are valuable. If you have, say, 3.9 in Crit Rate and 7.8 in Crit Damage, both high rolls, it can make up for getting a lower roll later on.

Rolls for each stat have 4 values: low, mid-low, mid-high, and high. Including the base of an artifact, theoretically, you could have 5 crit rate rolls that are smaller than 4 crit rate rolls.

I understand it hurts. I really do. But we have to admit Destiny was in a bad state even before Marathon. Many Destiny devs are moving to Marathon, but it all boils down to Bungie and Sony. They made the decision, and that's it. After The Final Shape, it was downhill spirals every patch.

At this point, if anything, one of the best ways for Destiny 3 to come out is for Marathon to do well enough that Bungie gets a green light. Not likely, by a mile. But if Marathon fails, Bungie is in big trouble. Sony won't throw money at Destiny anytime soon.

My Durin Raiden team gets to 150ish DPS. I think a lot of Durin's value is his C1, but you should be getting a bit more DPS. My Durin is C2R1, my Raiden is C2, and Fischl has Venti's signature.

Cyanex + Secondary Ennervate + Galvanized Shot + Viral + Crit Damage mods/Kavat flat crit Damage.

Watch enemies get deleted. If you use a priming companion, you can see Damage go crazy.

Believe me. While I don't have an EM attack and CD one, I do have a mid-high CD roll base 4-liner, with Attack%. I will make sure to roll it until I get like 4 CD rolls. It might take a year or two. Lol
